Originally dubbed the "BASTRD" (Basko's Active Shooter Tactical Rapid Deployment) Rig, the STS Modular Patrol Bandoleer was designed by Raytown, Missouri PD tactical officers to meet the need for a fast, convenient means to deploy support equipment when deploying the carbine in patrol or rapid response situations. Design features include:
- a single clipped corner to assist in comfortable, ergonomic carry while maintaining maximum space for pouch placement.
- adjustable shoulder strap with fast, "pull down" adjustment.
- stowable and removable waist stap with intergal pocket for storage.
- utility pocket sized to easily carry note pad, chemsticks, extra cuffs, Nitrile gloves, etc.
The platform is constructed of 1000 D Cordura and fully lined with closed cell foam padding, and will accept all MOLLE / PALS compatible pouches. |
